The 1NCE customer portal offers you various options to easily manage and configure your 1NCE IoT SIM cards. In the dashboard, you can view the data volume and remaining or used SMS of the SIM cards at a glance. You can also set limits for data consumption, set up SMS forwarding, activate IMEI lock, set up OpenVPN, configure a REST API interface, contact customer service, manage account and user data and much more.

Where can I find the customer portal?

You can access our 1NCE customer portal via the URL https://portal.1nce.com. When logging in, you will be asked to log in with the registration e-mail address and a corresponding password.

Can I also order additional SIM cards in the customer portal?

After placing your first order, you will receive access to our 1NCE customer portal. In addition to managing your current SIM cards, you can also order more and view your last orders.
