COVID-19: A Message from CEO Alexander P. Sator

As the Corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19, Coronavirus) continues to impact the global community, I want to personally update you on the steps we have taken to ensure business continuity for all our  customers around the world.

In accordance with the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO), 1NCE have augmented our already robust Business Continuity Plan with specific steps to combat any potential disruption from COVID-19.

Being a cloud based IoT company, you can rest assured that the performance of our IoT services will not be impacted. As the situation continues to develop, we have as a precautionary measure, requested employees at selected locations to work from home, if they were not already doing so. Please rest assured, we have modelled this scenario as part of our business continuity planning, and we are well-equipped to maintain the high-quality sales and customer service you have come to expect from us. Our customer service representatives are here to assist you at any time, and we expect there to be no noticeable quality differences in your 1NCE interactions.

We have also taken precautions within our supply chain logistics, and by working with our service providers, have discussed pandemic emergency plans which will be implemented at appropriate levels when warranted, so as to ensure the continued smooth delivery of our SIM cards. It goes without saying that, in the current environment, the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners is paramount. As such, we have suspended employee travel, both international and domestic. In addition, given that many of our customers have implemented similar travel policies; we have instructed employees to leverage technology and conduct virtual internal and external meetings where possible.

This is an unprecedented time for everyone, and the situation is changing daily. Rest assured, we are committed to maintaining our business operations and ensuring that you continue to receive the highest quality service without disruption.
