1NCE announces technical cooperation with Giesecke+Devrient Mobile Security GmbH

Cologne, 19/09/2019 – 1NCE, the Tier-1 IoT Carrier, and Giesecke+Devrient Mobile Security GmbH, the provider of security technologies, have jointly engaged an extensive cooperation on SIM cards and enhanced SIM card-centric features. The companies are already collaborating across a variety of secure elements including the 1NCE IoT Flex SIM and embedded SIMs.  This collaboration will also promote further secure element (SIM)-related innovations. 1NCE brings best-in-class IoT connectivity experience while G+D Mobile Security contributes with its leading security technology for connected devices. The collaboration will see both German-based companies extend their existing SIM card relationship to work co-operatively on further innovative and disruptive IoT offerings.

1NCE GmbH was founded in January 2018 and started sales in August 2018. Today, the company has more than 50 staff and has sold more than 1 million SIM cards.
