We are looking for a Sales Manager for France to be added to our French and broader Southern EU team. A professional with entrepreneurial mindset, who has a good knowledge of the local IoT market and players, experience with IoT products and connectivity and who is well connected within the IoT market segment across the Country.
You will be responsible for managing and developing accounts for France. This will include working with key accounts and grow new relationships; ensuring we maximize sales, expand business share and maintain the highest level of professionalism throughout the IoT industry.
Due to the regional responsibility, we are seeking a candidate with fluency in English & French. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who has true passion for IoT, coupled with a proactive approach, self-starter mentality and a strong drive for results!

• Define your own sales strategy for gaining new customers, growing 1NCE market share in France
• Develop accurate forecast planning and clear execution plans
• Interact with the Southern EU team to achieve regional target
• Alwaya keep a customer obsessed mindset striving to keep 1NCE brand as the best-in-class IoT connectivity provider
• Work in conjunction with the broader Sales, Partner and Alliances teams to build and maintain relationships with new and existing partner
• Develop strong and long-lasting relationships with customers and partners based on trust and aiming at the highest level of customer satisfaction
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in technical sales, direct or indirect sales within the IoT market with a good network of contacts
• Deeply interested in the telecommunication sector and have already experiences in this industry
• A strong understanding of IoT Solutions (especially connectivity) and an in-depth understanding of different IoT verticals and relevant clients
• A passion to work with an experienced and motivated leadership team focused on creating a high growth company in a short timeframe
• Consistent technology skills and understanding. You will be leading product demonstrations and must credibly discuss technical topics
• A proven track record in sales, especially in customer acquisition
• Fluent in spoken and written French and English, skills that are mandatory for this position. An additional language is of benefit
• Excellent communication skills and you are an open-minded and a committed team player
• Capable of working autonomously with focus on set targets and willingness to travel frequently
