Become an important part of 1NCE and work directly with our Sales and Marketing Team. We are looking for real “doers” with a positive drive and energy who complement our team in the best possible way and who enjoys mastering challenges and growing together with us.

Your tasks

• You acquire and develop international business customers in your defined, international area of responsibility


• You work independently on new leads as well as existing accounts and successfully exploit the resulting opportunities for yourself and the team


• You maintain relationships with your business partners through telephone / videocall and personal contact


• You are responsible for the reporting and documentation of the results in our IT tools


• You help with the maintenance of Salesforce


• You support our international field sales team in managing demanding key accounts


• You take part in events and customer meetings in coordination with the Head of Inside Sales, where you can also personally convince your business customers about us


Our expectations

• You have completed a commercial or technical education and at least 2 years of professional experience in sales or customer support, ideally of IT solutions or other products requiring explanation (B2B)

• Confident handling of Salesforce or similar CRM tools would be helpful


• You are fluent in English. Other languages are a plus


• You show an organized, structured and independent way of working as well as the ability to push things forward

• You are a creative solution finder, know how to appreciate, recognize and realize innovative ideas


• You are proficient in addressing customers individually and flexibly as well as in conducting goal-oriented discussions. You are able to inspire customers/prospects already during the evaluation and consulting phase
