A common issue with prolonged electric forklift use is that lifespan varies significantly based on cargo type and operator handling. Therefore, they needed data to provide evidence of the battery's longevity.

Iguazu partnered with 1NCE for IoT software and connectivity needed to transmit and track real-time operational data from the electric forklifts. Iguazu scaled its data acquisition infrastructure, achieving a 15-20% improvement in operational efficiency. They have also reduced the overhead associated with manual business management. The resulting system provided granular data on battery performance and forklift usage, enabling predictive maintenance and performance optimization.
