As a 1NCE customer, you benefit from our full range of functions and services on our customer portal. You can view the data and SMS consumption of your SIM cards at any time and manage your SIM cards accordingly. At individual SIM or global level, you can make settings for your SIM card in just a few clicks, whether it is to top up, set an IMEI lock or limit data consumption. Managing the account, users and sub-organizations can also be done very easily via our 1NCE customer portal. In addition, you can get support from our customer service on technical and administrative issues if you need it. You can also link the management of your SIM cards to your own systems via REST API. You can access our 1NCE customer portal via the URL https://portal.1nce.com. When logging in, you will be asked to log in with the registration e-mail address and a corresponding password.
After placing your first order, you will receive access to our 1NCE customer portal. In addition to managing your current SIM cards, you can also order more and view your last orders.
