Our 1NCE offers are simple and straightforward. However, questions can certainly arise here and there. Therefore we have already compiled a list of your possible questions in order to provide you with an answer as quickly as possible. What do I do if my order is damaged when it is delivered?

If the goods are damaged, the customer is requested to take photographs to document the damage before immediately contacting the 1NCE Customer Services team.
What do I do if my order has not been delivered, but the 1NCE Customer Portal shows it as “delivered”?

The customer can use the shipping number to check who has taken delivery.

What do I do if my order has not been delivered?

An order will be delivered after a full Payment. The customer will be given a shipping number after the order has been paid and dispatched. If the customer has not received a shipping number he shall contact the 1NCE Customer Services team.

Where will my AWS Marketplace order be shipped from?

1NCE has its central warehouse in Germany. All orders, including those via the AWS Marketplace, are shipped centrally from Germany worldwide.
