Celebrating the 1-year anniversary of the 1NCE Shop
Within the last 12 months we have achieved great milestones that we are more than happy to share with you. Since 1NCE is a result driven company, we measure ourselves by achievements, fast time-to-market and customer-centric productization. Hence, here are some highlights that give you a glimpse of our successes.
Some facts on our daily business
Sales: more than 1,600 customers, 150 new customers every month, 1 million SIM cards sold within first 5 months
Product: 4G added as one of our mobile standards, added 11 countries to our coverage footprint, offering data streamer, introducing the multi user feature in the customer portal, given the possibility to use sub-organizational accounts, improved consumption management features for data & SMS, enhancement of API call features, continuous improvement of customer portal functionalities
Usability: over 340 feature enhancements and more than 450,000 workflows processed that relate to the 1NCE Shop and Customer Portal since launch, nearly 80% of those related to usability and customer experience
Customer Care & Technical Support: Every month, we solve more than 130 customer tickets and requests, usually within less than 24 hours, and we have more than 200 telephone calls
Industry Engagement & Awards: Became active and regular member of industry associations such as ITU, IMC IoT M2M Council, bitkom, and have been awarded the MVNOs World Congress Award "Most Successful Start Up" in 2019 as well as with the Embeddy Award “Best of Show” at MWC 2018
