1NCE completes nomination of Supervisory Board with the appointment of Dr. Alfred Gusenbauer
COLOGNE, 07/26/2018 – 1NCE, the first Tier 1 IoT Carrier with a clear focus on low bandwidth IoT connectivity, today completes the set-up of its Supervisory Board byannouncing the appointment of Dr. Alfred Gusenbauer, effective as of July 1, 2018. The former Federal Chancellor of Austria acts as Non Executive Director within the Supervisory Board of the company.

Dr. Alfred Gusenbauer: experienced industry advisor and former Federal Chancellor
Dr. Gusenbauer currently serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Strabag AG, a European-based
technology group for construction services. From 2000 to 2008, he was President of the Social Democratic Party of Austria, serving as Federal Chancellor of the Republic of Austria and member of the European Council from 2007 to 2008. Alfred Gusenbauer studied law, philosophy, political science and economics at the University of Vienna, completing his doctorate in 1987.

The completion of 1NCE’s Supervisory Board is an important step in the corporate strategy of the management team headed by CEO Alexander P. Sator. Furthermore, 1NCE will continue its growth course with the commercial launch in August 2018. From then on, customers will be able to order SIM Cards from 1NCE online to use in IoT solutions within the European Union as well as in Switzerland and Norway.
